1 3—4 lb frying chicken, cut into pieces
1/2 cup margarine
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 Tbsp horseradish
2 Tbsp vinegar
2 Tbsp ketchup
1 tsp salt
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp (or to taste) of your favorite Ass Kickin’ Hot Sauce
Combine all barbecue sauce ingredients and heat in a saucepan until margarine is melted.
Grill chicken over med/hot coals for 40 minutes, turning as needed to brown evenly.
Baste with sauce and cook for another 10 minutes.
The remaining sauce may be used at the table.
