8 oz cream cheese, preferably whipped
1/4 cup chopped jalapeno peppers
1 (or more!!!) tsp Blair’s Death Sauce
Sliced mozzarella cheese
Fresh or frozen bagels
Mix together cream cheese, jalapeno peppers and Blair’s Death Sauce.
Spread mixture onto sliced bagel and cover with a slice of mozzarella.
Heat in oven or microwave until the cheese is melted.
Serve hot!!!
