3 lbs chicken pieces
1 medium onion, chopped
1 green pepper, cut in strips
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp paprika
2 Tbsp parsley
1 (1 lb) can tomatoes
1/4 lb canned mushrooms (pieces and stems)
1/2 tsp Melinda’s Hot Sauce
Combine all ingredients and cook on high in slow cooker for 4—5 hours.
Serve hot with your favorite trimmings.
