4 large cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp Melinda’s Hot Sauce
4 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
4 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp thyme
1 Tbsp oregano
1 Tbsp fresh cilantro
1/3 cup olive oil
Mix all ingredients with a fork until well blended. Pour over meat and marinate over night.
