Salsa Pequin
2 cups tomatillos, husks removed, chopped and seeded
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
1 tsp garlic salt
2 Tbsp crushed Pequin chiles
Combine all ingredients and let stand in refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
