Satay Sauce

1 medium onion
2 cups (200g) roasted peanuts
1 1/2 tsp (7.5ml) minced garlic
1 tsp (5ml) caraway seeds
4 tsp (20ml) coriander seeds
3 tsp (15ml) turmeric
1/2 tsp (2.5ml) cayenne pepper
2 1/4 cups (250g) coconut flakes
2 tbsp (30ml) soy sauce
1 tsp (5ml) Bee Sting Honey N’ Habanero Pepper Sauce
2 cups (500ml) water

Blend everything together, and simmer on medium heat until it thickens. Let stand for half an hour before using.

Goes great on lamb, pork, beef or chicken kebobs. You can also use on grilled steaks. Usually used to marinade these items, but you can also use as a dip while eating.
