Hey, from where the Bandit sits, this is a no brainer. This is one of the many ways the Bandit uses his Stockyard Steak Sauce.
Top Sirloin Steak - 2 inches thick (10 - 12 oz)
Lemon Pepper - sprinkle on both sides of meat
Garlic Salt - just a pinch sprinkled on both sides of meat as well
Grill sirloin on med/hot heat - sear well to keep the juices in. Once the sirloin has hit the plate, the Bandit does not pour his steak sauce over the sirloin but on the side of his dish so that when cutting bite size pieces, he can then dip the steak into his fantastic Stockyard Steak and Burger Sauce.
Serve with Texas style toast, mixed green salad topped off with a large slice of red tomato, red onion, a couple of slices of avocado, blue cheese crumbles and the Bandit’s Red Wine Vinaigrette for your salad dressing, large baked potato and steamed broccoli.
Enjoy!!!
